Job Summary

• The PO Lifecycle Operations (POLO) Associate will manage the purchase order process and ancillary tasks associated with the PO lifecycle, on behalf of and in partnership with key sector stakeholders in German-speaking markets.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating PO lifecycle activities, supporting invoicing and payments, and providing guidance on contract creation and due diligence requests.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
