  • Candidates will design data mapping between Oracle HCM and PwC's HCM Product to ensure accurate data transfer across Payroll, Leave, and Claims modules.
  • This position requires a deep understanding of local statutory requirements for Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, or Vietnam.

Key Requirements

  • 1 year HCM implementation or Oracle HCM usage
  • Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst or System Integrator
  • 2 years experience with Oracle HCM technical support or implementation
  • Good knowledge of local statutory payroll requirements
  • Basic understanding of programming languages like PHP Laravel Java .NET
