Key Requirements
1 year HCM implementation or Oracle HCM usage
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst or System Integrator
2 years experience with Oracle HCM technical support or implementation
Good knowledge of local statutory payroll requirements
Basic understanding of programming languages like PHP Laravel Java .NET
