Job Summary
Execute the channel strategy by developing it through each of its clients/region to contribute to the achievement of commercial results, guaranteeing the Company's fundamentals (assortment, availability, price, and visibility).
Attend, accompany, train, advise, and support the distributor's sales force (direct and indirect) to ensure compliance with commercial strategies and plans.
Monitor the execution of sales in the Ferrero standard, applying the concepts of 'My Perfect Store' through accompaniment and follow-up with distributors in negotiations with key accounts and in the presentation of new products.
