This is a contracted position with a minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability, offering $120 per evaluation.

Key Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Active, unencumbered OT license
2+ years of clinical experience
Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
