Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years product management experience
Software or platform engineering background
Experience with Internal Developer Platforms
AI tooling integration for developers
CI/CD and DevOps lifecycle knowledge
Matrix organization leadership skills
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Yalla platform ecosystem
Azure or AWS cloud-native experience
GenAI deployment in engineering workflows
Energy or industrial sector exposure
PSPO or SAFe certification preferred
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years combined experience in PM, engineering, or program management
Proven ability to drive adoption of internal platforms
