Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Phlebotomy program with clinical rotation or 12 months relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year related work experience
  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician - ASCP preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Annual competency via Learning Management System
