Job Summary

  • As a Facilities Manager at JLL, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities service as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract while reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager or Regional FM and serving as the person responsible for service delivery at specified locations, which will be measured by contractual KPIs or SLAs.
  • This role involves overseeing implementation of all approved initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating efforts of FM team including direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees to achieve goals.
