Manage laboratory operations at the Balazs Asia laboratory to ensure safe, quality and timely services to Balazs Asia customers.
Direct the strategic growth of the department by recommending and implementing new analytical capabilities and improving on operational processes in the laboratory.
Ensure adherence to internal, e.g. IMS, and external, e.g. ISO, safety and quality standards for the laboratory.

Key Requirements
Three or more years of management experience
5-10 years analytical techniques experience
Sample preparation and analysis experience

College/university degree in Analytical Chemistry or Similar Science
Good written and verbal skills in Mandarin and English
