Job Summary

  • The role will operate primarily within the Voice of the Consumer Insights practice area with a focus on expanding the insights based advisory practice as a VAS for Visa’s clients in Indonesia while also providing insights advisory for internal Visa stakeholders.
  • The role is responsible for leading and delivering the research and insights projects and associated revenue, in partnership with our Visa Marketing Services and Visa Consulting & Advisory (VCA) teams.
  • The Lead will educate & support clients on the research journey, including translate & showcase actionable research learnings, lead Insights consulting engagements to drive meaningful & measurable improvement to clients’ performance.
