Job Summary

  • This individual will manage IT software purchase and renewal requests, coordinate project activities, initiate requisitions for IT Purchase Orders and Service Orders, and manage requests throughout the Order lifecycle.
  • The role will provide project coordinator and contracting support to the Business Insights & Technology function, facilitating referrals and communications to Legal, Global Procurement, Software Asset Management, Finance, Vendors, and requesters.

  • Direct experience in IT, software and software procurement
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Ariba, SAP, Icertis, RPM
