Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years progressive engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
  • Experience with CAPA and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in ISO standards and medical device regulations

Nice-to-have

  • 6-Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects
  • Ability to work in a high-energy production environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

  • Master's degree preferred
