Job Summary

  • This onsite leader will oversee end-to-end Patient Access functions—including scheduling, registration, insurance verification, authorizations, financial counseling, and point-of-service collections—ensuring high-quality performance across all access points.
  • The Director will serve as a critical connection between Baystate leadership and Huron’s Managed Services organization, driving workflow optimization, standardization, staffing strategies, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Patient Access operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to operate in complex health system environments.

Salary

Base: $115,000 - $145,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for annual incentive compensation program; Benefits: medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs

  • Be local to, or willing to relocate to the greater Springfield, MA area
