Skills & Requirements
Must-have
General maintenance including HVAC and plumbing
Use of CMMS for work orders
Maintain tools and equipment safely
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet
Climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting frequently
Nice-to-have
Strong customer service skills
Participation in safety and operational training
Experience working in Class A office buildings
Key Requirements
2-3 years related commercial work experience
High School Diploma required
Trade school, union training, military service or college desirable
