Provides recruitment services for the Juarez Campus as part of Global Recruiting, being a strategic partner of human resources and managers to achieve recruitment objectives for a select group of positions.
Under limited supervision, this position coordinates with managers and HRBP to carry out the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating and executing recruitment plans and strategies.
Responsible for interviewing and evaluating candidates, consolidating feedback, consulting on salary recommendations, negotiating offers, and managing recruitment data and metrics.
