You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors.
Ensure collaboration with all internal teams to meet expected timelines and support the creation and maintenance of written operating procedures.

Must-have
Review and record cash and asset transfers
Settle trades with sub-custodians
Perform reconciliations of assets and cash
Coordinate plan transitions and asset transfers
Update and maintain client data in CRM
