Job Summary

• The Industrial Systems Design Engineer's mission is to analyze and validate the Kinston plant's as-is running industrial system capacity and performance to determine to-be solutions for capacity increase and/or performance improvement.
• Responsibilities include developing as-is value stream models, assessing industrial capacity, proposing to-be solutions for capacity recovery, and supporting the industrial architecture trades.
