  • Provide Level 2 functional and technical support for HR IS systems, including Workday, Peakon, and Appical, to improve user experience.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify pain points, implement sustainable solutions for Core HR master data quality, and support global processes.
  • Support DOM functionality by creating/updating documents, managing text blocks and rules, and troubleshooting calculated fields.
