Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Key Requirements
