Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in an operational role
Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
Proven work experience in a contract delivery/maintenance environment
Experience dealing with multiple external and internal stakeholders
Experience dealing with emergency services
Tertiary/Diploma Qualifications in relevant technical or operational field
Knowledge of Freeway Control Systems
Detailed knowledge of Victorian Emergency Management processes
