The Principal V&V Engineer provides technical leadership in the planning, execution, and improvement of Verification & Validation activities across Leica's product portfolio.
The role defines test strategies, frameworks, and documentation to ensure product reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance across mechanical, electrical, optical, firmware, and software domains.
The position collaborates closely with R&D, RA/QA, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, and global teams to ensure early risk identification and comprehensive test coverage.
