Job Summary

  • This leadership position will be based in Colorado Springs, CO and Schriever Space Force Base, CO.
  • Responsible for technical team performance of daily on-site mission sustainment scope and activities for ECPS program.
  • Manage 24/7 technical staffing in collaboration with the IPT leadership team to ensure sufficient staff levels and appropriate skillsets are available to execute the sustainment performance work statement.

Salary

Base: $146,500.00 - $219,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 12 years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 10 years OR PhD and 8 years
  • Demonstrated experience with ASBM/EPS Ground System architecture and EPS/EPS-R Payloads
  • Demonstrated experience in Direct Mission Customer interaction
  • Active DoD Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • Must be able to obtain Basic Restricted ACCESS BADGE
