Lead the strategic development and execution of customer relationship initiatives across the full lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
Oversee the email channel and guide the SMS contact plan, instilling high velocity, insight-driven testing and optimization to accelerate lifecycle performance.
Manage and mentor a team of CRM marketers and technical specialists (4 to 5 direct reports) while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Base: $100,000 - $160,000; Bonus/Equity: 25% annual incentive plan bonus; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance

Key Requirements
7 years CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
3 years leadership experience
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and Snowflake
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
