15+ years construction project management
8+ years data centre infrastructure experience
HV/MV/LV power distribution expertise
CRAC/CRAH liquid cooling systems knowledge
Uptime Institute Tiers standards compliance
$50M-$500M+ project budget management
Nice-to-have
Experience with hyperscale clients like AWS or Google
International project delivery experience
Knowledge of LEED and BREEAM sustainability frameworks
Familiarity with DfMA and off-site construction methodologies
Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Professional registration (PE, CEng, PMP) preferred
Proven track record delivering projects exceeding $50M
Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data centres
