Bring Human Factors expertise to complex and critical cockpit designs, technologies, and operational functions, ensuring human-centric design by minimizing error risk and maintaining acceptable workload.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams including pilots, designers, training experts, safety specialists, and certification engineers to define and review HFE/HMI for requested functions.
Discuss and agree with Airworthiness Authorities the HF certification process, from strategy to demonstration of compliance, preparing technical content for compliance.

Key Requirements
