  • This role serves as the primary interface between the Program Office Integrated Program Leadership Team and Factory Leadership Teams to ensure program commitments are met.
  • The position requires direct support of manufacturing activities for a technically complex, high dollar value weapon system spanning multiple contracts.

Salary

Must-have

  • Active Secret security clearance required

  • Factory integration and strategic make center liaison
  • Earned Value Management System certification
  • Proposal and estimating experience required
  • Onsite presence in Tucson manufacturing facility

  • Lean application experience preferred

  • Experience with complex high value programs

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years relevant operations experience or 6 years with advanced degree
  • Earned Value Management System Certified
  • Supporting proposals, estimating, and basis of estimates
  • Active transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required prior to start date
