  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, coordinating schedules, assisting with employee requests, and reporting on staffing issues to the Director of Nursing Services.
  • The role requires the ability to cope with mental and emotional stress, work harmoniously with others, and handle difficult residents, while also ensuring the facility's operational efficiency and resident care standards.

Key Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to read technical procedures
