Job Summary
Serve as the Chief Engineer accountable for the program’s technical integrity, safety, and performance, leading design integration efforts and resolving complex technical, supplier, and requirements issues.
Identify, assess, and drive resolution of technical risks and issues, developing innovative, high-impact solutions to challenging engineering problems while working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, business units, and other functions, and lead engineering efforts in proposal development and support business growth initiatives.
