Serve as the agency’s go-to voice on design quality, execution, and visual storytelling, influencing work at the highest level while setting new standards of beauty, rigor, and craft.
Lead and oversee the Design and Presentation departments, establishing clear expectations around craft quality, feedback, and professional development.
Partner closely with Creative Directors, Copy Leadership, and Strategy to ensure design is integral to the idea — not an afterthought.
