Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a major factory extension and site transformation project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all construction activities, including contractors, schedules, and budgets, while coordinating production layout redesign, equipment relocation, installation, and commissioning.
  • Act as the primary interface between Engineering, Operations, EHS, HR, and external partners, communicating progress, risks, and milestones clearly to all stakeholders.
