Base: 151,177.60 - 226,766.40 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards; Benefits: qualified retirement programs, paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Significant experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
Deep experience leading patient solutions for cell therapy, gene therapy, or other advanced modalities
Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and patient access landscape
Demonstrated success delivering global patient programs and complex initiatives
