Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents or changes in condition.
The role requires maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information while assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
