customer communication and support
documentation and configuration management
Nice-to-have
SQL database querying
network knowledge including HTTPS and certificates
radiology communication standards HL7, IHE, DICOM
structured and methodical working style
team-oriented and inclusive culture
Key Requirements
Technical or scientific degree or IT specialist training
Experience in problem analysis and complex issue resolution
Very good German language skills
Experience with log file analysis
Knowledge of SQL databases preferred
Knowledge of network basics and radiology workflows preferred
