Candidate must have good communication skills to work with the Global Cross functional teams, packagers and other channel partners to ensure the projects are delivered on time, meets quality and achieves cost targets.

Must-have
Electrical design of genset packages
Experience with Eplan and WSCAD
Knowledge of electrical schematics and harnesses
Cross-functional team leadership
Compliance with electrical regulations
Experience with Creo and AutoCAD
Design reviews and BOM management
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of generator and control systems
Experience with diesel and alternate fuels
FMEA development experience
Strong communication skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
5 years relevant experience
