Job Summary

• We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G, inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, with familiar favorites and southern comforts.
• Responsibilities include primarily working with cold items, overall preparation organization, and flexibility in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station.
