Key Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD, DO, NP, PA, or Master's Degree
• 5+ years clinical experience (or 7+ for non-MD/DO)
• Clinical oncology/hematology experience required
• Must reside within Dallas TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, Pan Handle FL
• No direct reports supervisory responsibility
