Job Summary

  • This role leads a team of managers and analysts and plays a critical role in Finance 2030 initiatives, including forecasting process transformation, EPM systems upgrades, and AI enablement.
  • The role partners closely with Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams on recurring and adhoc reporting, forecasting, and the annual budget, and works with Investor Relations, Treasury, and Accounting to support earnings preparation, corporate financing decisions, and financial results analysis.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance-related roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing multi-layered teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong cross-functional partnering skills
