Salary

Base: $189,000 - $283,600 USD (Reston, VA); Additional locations: $171,000 - $294,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants

Must-have

  • 10+ years technical program management experience
  • US citizenship required for federal contracts
  • SaaS development and migration leadership
  • Federal public sector initiative management
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud security

Nice-to-have

  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance preferred
  • Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC compliance
  • Cloud platform expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline familiarity
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Active US government security clearance eligibility
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance
  • 10+ years in technical program management
  • 5+ years leading SaaS development and migrations
