Job Summary

  • The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for all functions relating to quality, inspection, documentation, customer quality/warranty issues, and system approvals plant-wide.
  • This role requires a strong daily presence on the floor to engage with operations and quality personnel, fostering a culture of urgency, accountability, and discipline.
  • The manager will oversee lean initiatives, perform root cause analysis, drive continuous improvement, and supervise quality personnel to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
