Swinerton Management and Consulting is seeking a Senior Superintendent for healthcare and behavioral projects, responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure successful completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, particularly in healthcare projects, and will be required to fulfill various supervisory responsibilities while reinforcing safety protocols and quality control

Job Summary

  • Supervise the construction project resulting in successful project completion.
  • Recruit, organize, train, direct, and coordinate the field construction team, including subcontractor’s direct hire work.
  • This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

  • Knowledge of OSHA laws
