Develop, deliver and oversee HTM (Biomed) technical training program, including Biomed Apprentice, Build-a-Biomed, and all multi-vendor HTM technical training.
Ensure all fundamental processes, support structures, performance metrics and operational mechanisms needed to meet objectives are established and effective.
Improve training efficiencies through expansion of virtual course library and leveraging modern tools and platforms.
