Key Requirements

  • Proven experience owning or leading a P&L-backed analytics / AI practice
  • Strong background in analytics, decision science, or applied AI
  • Hands-on exposure to Gen AI systems (LLMs, orchestration, model integration)
  • Experience building AI solutions for marketing, creative, media, or commerce
  • Ability to sell, solution, deliver, and scale
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Strong engineering mindset
  • Experience with modern AI/data stacks (GCP preferred)
  • Understanding of LLMs, AI orchestration, and production deployment
  • Genuine understanding of creative workflows and media ecosystems
