This position offers a comprehensive 3-week training program followed by 4-8 weeks of on-the-job training to become a Certified Operator in aerospace manufacturing.
Employees will learn to set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines and vertical turret lathes to perform routine production operations on weldments and assemblies.
The role includes participation in the company's Employee Scholar Program with no waiting period and eligibility for an Aerospace Variable Plan bonus.
