  • The primary goal of this role is to obtain the best possible medication history for each patient admitted to the hospital to ensure Joint Commission accreditation compliance.
  • Interns will work directly with a team of technicians to conduct structured interviews with patients or caregivers and document findings in the electronic medical record.
