Job Summary

• As a Team Lead in the Paint department, you will manage the loading and unloading of components and are responsible for the correct sequencing of paint structures to support assembly operations.
• You are accountable for efficient loading and unloading of the lines to meet daily build goals and responsible for operator safety at the loading and unloading stations.

• Paint related certificate or degree
• Topcoat, prime coat, electrostatic paint
• Read blueprints / engineering drawings
• One year powder coat paint experience
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
