Job Summary

  • Manage the Site’s annual capital program, responsible for all capital projects from small to large.
  • Provide project engineering and management for executing the Site’s annual capital spending program, including estimating, bid preparation, detailed engineering, design review, contractor supervision, project installation, and start up support.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements for management of change (MOC), pre-start-up safety review (PSSR) and Hazard Analysis sections of the PSM standard.
