Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
Registered Nurse license preferred
Two years of clinical nursing experience
Knowledge of Medicare Medi-cal Medicaid programs
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent time management skills
Nice-to-have
Certified Case Manager (CCM) certificate
PCC Knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently with sound judgement
Positive interactions with diverse stakeholders
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
RN license preferred; LVN/LPN acceptable
2 years clinical nursing experience
Maintain good standing with Department of Public Health
Complete required continuing education and licensing
