This role serves as the execution engine behind the accounting transformation agenda, ensuring strategic designs are built, adopted, and sustained.
The incumbent will own the day-to-day delivery of process improvements and system initiatives across core accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Inventory.
Success is defined by driving clean handoffs where changes are fully embedded in daily operations without requiring ongoing intervention after go-live.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years accounting operations experience
Oracle ERP system implementation and UAT
End-to-end project management of initiatives
Root cause analysis for AP, AR, GL, Treasury
Development of SOPs and process documentation
Nice-to-have
CPA certification preferred
Experience in remote or distributed environments
Strong change management and training skills
Ability to drive accountability without direct authority
Key Requirements
8+ years in accounting operations
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems
Proven track record executing process improvement initiatives
Deep understanding of close cycle mechanics and reconciliations
