Develop and execute annual Medical L&D Plan to upgrade leadership capabilities and improve MSL and MA capabilities through forums, train the trainer, and annual assessments.
Support MA image build-up and reinforce the medical network through internal communication, including VP newsletters, Town hall communications, and global news releases.
