  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives that illuminate talent trends, organizational performance, and workforce dynamics—while partnering closely with Finance and occasionally Operations to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Use this role as a launchpad for senior leadership by owning high-priority strategic initiatives that shape organizational direction.
