Job Summary

  • The MEAL Officer is responsible for the regular preparation, consolidation, and circulation of data collection, compilation, and analysis of reports for all program activities.
  • Manage the transition of IRC relevant state’s management information system (MIS) from a paper-driven system to a digital system based on mobile data entry using Kobo or CommCare platform.
  • Lead the conduct of relevant assessments and evaluations in targeted locations for all programs including KAP surveys, PDM surveys, baseline and end line surveys, and client feedback surveys.
